2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen I was there it was a good school, but now my younger sister comes home from school talking about how she gets bullied or picked on 4/5 days of a typical school week. It got to the point a girl even started a fight with her. My sister defended her self as anyone would a got suspended longer than the girl that started the fight!! I could not be more thrilled with his teachers, communication, and the progress he is making. As a former educator I take pride in what my children are learning. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBelleview high school has progressively gotten more authoritarian since I've attended. The staff treat the students like livestock to herd to their next classes. The school models a society in which students have three options: enrollment, employment, or enlistment. The police presence on campus has tripled since 2020. Some teachers are really good but most see their career as a job to bully children as opposed to nurturing the next generation to be active citizens. This school criminalizes 'problem students' instead of providing them resources to be successful.
