Stanton-Weirsdale Elementary School

I have three children who are zoned for this school. One being an ESE prek student. I could not be more thrilled with his teachers, communication, and the progress he is making. As a former educator I take pride in what my children are learning. There are plenty of tutoring (free) opportunities for all grade levels, I do suggest utilizing them!

Absolutely horrible. The work is insuficient, the school is overall a below average level. the student/teacher ratio is high. The school has not performed past a C level in 3 years. The teachers bully children. The school hours are not conducive to working parents. The afterschool program is a 3rd party that doesnt care about students. My child is a number to them and not an individual.If you have a choice between this school and any other school If this is the school you choose based off convenience, you should be ashamed of yourself for failing your child!!!!!!
