REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
1. Minimum household gross income of 2.5x the monthly rent contingent upon debt to ratio numbers, or guaranteed co signer, BAH ect., housing voucher.
2. A good credit score and clean history (650 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Pay stubs, self employed bank statements, Income can also include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID for all occupants over age 18.
6. You must obtain and willing to provide renter's insurance policy prior to move -in.
7. Anyone with a prior evictions , history of late payments or lease violations will be disqualified.
8.Maximum Occupancy is in accordance with local housing laws, 2 persons per bedroom plus 1.
9. Credit checks will be made on all applicants.
This is a strictly a non smoking unit, no vaping, cigarettes or pot use. No drug use. Working on cars or motor cycles in garage is forbidden. Tenants are required to maintain landscaping. Tenants to provide their own fridge.
