About this House

Welcome to The Bluffs in Covington! If you've ever dreamed of a home that feels like a cozy hug from a big, fluffy cloud, then you're in for a treat. Picture this: a large open space that's basically begging you to throw a dance party (or at least a very enthusiastic yoga session).

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. This isn't just any kitchen; it's a sizeable kitchen that may or may not inspire you to finally try that souffle recipe you've been avoiding since 2015. With natural light pouring in like it's trying to audition for a role in a feel-good movie, you'll definitely feel like a culinary superstar.

And for all of you who collect clothes like they're Pokemon fear not! There are numerous closets ready to house your fabulous wardrobe. You'll have so much storage space that you might even forget about that sweater you bought five years ago.

Oh, and did I mention the balcony? It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine while you contemplate the mysteries of life, like why the last slice of pizza always seems to vanish.

Laundry in-unit? Yes, please! No more lugging your clothes around like you're preparing for a long trek through the mountains. Just pop in a load while you binge-watch your favorite show multitasking at its finest!

With sleek vinyl plank floors that are easier to clean than your last attempt at cooking, you'll have more time to enjoy the amenities. Speaking of which, the pool is calling your name, and so is the exercise facility. You can balance that pizza slice you just ate with a quick workout or a refreshing swim.

So, if you're ready to embrace a lifestyle filled with laughter, light, and luxurious living, The Bluffs in Covington is waiting for you with open arms (and maybe even a slice of pizza). Come on over; your new adventure starts here!

"Dogs are walked, both on sidewalks and alley ways. Done barking dogs in neighborhood and a few coyotes. "
  • Drew Woll
"Close to almost anything in the Cincinnati area. If commute is a top priority this is the cheapest location with the shortest commute. I work 30 mins up north in Springdale which is a 25 mile drive. In 30 mins I could probably make it down to Williamstown, KY. South of MLK Street can be a bit unsafe just fyi."
  • Reeds-fuzzier.0l
