The breakfast bar opens to the dining room which flows into the living room with a Jotul wood stove. There is ample space for a home office or gym in a patio addition that is enclosed from the outside and filled with windows that allow the morning sun to shine in and bring warm natural light in the main area! It is perfect for a workspace, relaxation space, or whatever your heart fancies. As mentioned, the yard is perfect for anyone that loves to garden and enjoys a healthy mix of sun and shade throughout the day! The lower level has an open family room with large, south-bound windows that look out upon the beautiful patio and provide for natural light and warmth in the downstairs. There is also a bedroom and a full bath and another bedroom sized room with a closet that is completely finished, and a separate laundry room in the downstairs. The main floor has three bedrooms and two full baths, as well. This house has an automatic propane generator (install 2024) and the two propane tanks are owned and will convey. I had the basement floors professionally redone with waterproof laminate flooring, too, through Lowe’s. If interested, feel free to reach out. Always plenty to do between Rocky Neck, the boardwalk, and all the cozy shops and parks. Beautiful scenery at all times of year. We moved here during the winter and the cute little street lights on Main street were done up like we had stepped on the set of a Hallmark movie."

    "Cute little beach area. Private beaches are not huge but do the trick. The beaches are on the river not the sound. Not all pet owners are courteous with cleaning up after their pets. Making changes such as fencing or a carport are next to impossible due to zoning regulations and neighbors making a big stink. Who wants to live with that?"
