Located in a very nice area towards the west side of Worcester, on a quiet street off of Salisbury Street, surrounded by very nice neighborhoods. Close to amenities, highways, and colleges. Walking distance to the new Trolley Yard shopping plaza. This apartment is very bright with lots of windows and was recently painted. It is located on the first floor, with two large bedrooms, a large bathroom, and an additional half bathroom. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas heat and hot water. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Shared laundry in the basement free of charge. No pets. Off street parking.

    "Salisbury Hill is such a wonderful community. I've been living here for 5 years, enjoying every minute of it. It's beautiful, tranquil and quiet. Side walk lined by trees and flowersHOA takes care of everything. Not only landscape, lawn cares, but also power wash your deck, sidings, snow plow the road and driveway, even shuffle clean your front porch!! Neighbors are mostly retired professionals (professors, doctors, lawyers, etc), they are best neighbors you can ask. No second thought to leave fir a ling vacation. "
