The unit features hardwood and tile throughout (no carpet) and front porch furnished with metal patio chairs. Cute and functional. En suite bathroom. Shower has been redone and the stove was replaced a couple of months ago. One off street parking spot in the gravel lot to the right of the duplex shared with 1921 Willamette tenants and neighboring duplex unit. No fenced yard. Yard care provided.
