"I live here. I walk 4 miles every morning in the Ramapo Mountains and see less than a handful of cars during that time. The services are fantastic and all wiring is underground. It is always quiet, because it is not an access route for anyone except the residents."

"I live here, I work in NYC. The commute down GCP feels like a reverse commute because NJ is traveling to the TZB in the am and from the TZB in the pm. Rockland is the smallest county in the US. Pop is sparse and Parks abound. There are over 30 parks w/i 5 miles of my house per my GPS."
