"Lived here going on 3 years. It’s loud living on Tudor road but you get used to it. Only issue I have is the traffic that makes it hard going In and out. So piper is very convenient for the commute "
  • Trulia User
"So convenient, close to everything. Friendly and helpful neighbors, with parks nearby, this area has it all!"
  • Lynda S
"UMED district is a quiet neighborhood with several professionals living in the area as it’s close to UA and Providence. It’s close to trails. Neighbors are great and it’s pet friendly. "
  • James Marunich
"Right in the middle of everything in a great neighborhood. A very desirable neighborhood to live in in Anchorage."
  • Masu
"Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "
  • Cevana B
"Lots of people walk their dogs here. Leashes are strongly encouraged. Lots of dogs to visit and pet. "
  • loren garcia
"We have Neighborhood garage sale every summer and that’s about it. There are also meeting of homeowners association sometimes in the open areas, "
  • Berta
"That we do have a few speeders on this road and that their kids need to be careful playing or riding their bikes. Lots of family walkers also which is good as they are all friendly. "
  • Trulia User

  • Auntikaka

  • JJ
