HOA with lots of green areas, a pool with certitfied life guards, and a tremendous activity calendar (with no pressure involvement); great for families, singles, couples, entertaining, etc. Quiet neighborhood with concerned neighbors who care about peace and safety."

    "The Forest Ridge subdivision is such a great place to raise a family! The sizeable neighborhood provides plenty of area for taking a walk or family bike ride, and yet we have easy access to the main roads and bicycle paths. In the summer, we enjoy walking to the community pool for a refreshing swim. There is a neighborhood swim team, as well as a neighborhood soccer team (which our children have enjoyed playing in). The location is excellent, as we can be on the Air Force base in less than ten minutes, anything in the greater Dayton area is a reasonable drive, and we still enjoy a beautiful community "away from it all"."
