    "Unmaintained and poor. High crime and drug use in the are. Sidewalks are broken or covered by overgrowth.Homeless dig through trash almost daily. Lots of abandoned houses that have been broken into and stripped. Half have been caught on fire. Factories are constantly throwing out smog and the recycling factory causes cars to drop metal up and down streets causing flat tires."
