"I've lived here for a month now and there's been rodent and roach infestations, passive aggressive management that don't address concerns, surplus amount of poop on pathways and trash overflowing by the dumpsters. Shootings and a High police presence. "
  • Janay Wilson
"I do not have a dog, but I see a lot of people with dogs. There’s a dog bark. I know people complain about people not picking up their dog crap but having a dog seems totally fine."
  • Trulia User
"No events except for the churches in the area like Community of Hope located at Iverson Mall. The area is near the parkway to District of Columbia and the beltway to Virginia. "
  • Trulia User

  • Yolaunda B.
"Great commute quick route to downtown dc and close to my work and daughters schools new Harbor. Close to beltway and Virginia "
  • Christine S.
"It’s a bit dangerous here. There aren’t many community events that make it special to live in. It’s more of an investment property location. "
  • Bellbricestudio
"I lived here for three years. My neighbors are pretty friendly. It took some getting use to this quiet it is. Do me moving from everyone the city where there was always noise. All in all I love it and we’re glad we moved here. "
  • Susan J.
"My commute is pretty good. I'm 10 mins away from the Metro. I could even walk home if I like to if I get 2 the Metro and the bus is taking to long"
  • D. R. H.
"The metro is very close, there’s tons of bus stops and it’s fairly easy to navigate anywhere that public transport can take you without a car. There’s also always Uber and Lyft as well as Zipcar, which is much better than a traditcar rental because they pay for gas/tolls/parking and you only pay the hourly rate."
  • Chnll.taylor71
"metro accessible beltway accessible easy commute close to DC and VA car ok but not a necessity all routes available "
  • Chnll t.
"Dogs are not really welcome unfortunately in most apartment communities. Some people have them anyway because there are places that will not be that concerned "
  • Imanibowman95
"Rental office always have something going on for the kids in the neighborhood weather it’s for school or just for fun"
  • Laura K.
"There aren’t a lot of fields or fenced in places for dogs to run around. However there seem to be places for walks. "
  • Leatricelj
"it's really bad around here after 7pm. The areas around are dangerous as well, at night. if I could choose would never choose to be here in this community. The price of rent is just reasonable for the area here. That's the only reason to stay. "
  • Dcimmortalz
"Dogs are very friendly there’s four animal hospitals in the area the area does have a park and there building a new center that will be pet friendly most houses have a pretty nice size backyards"
  • Erika S.
"The community center is dope, and neighbors tend to look out for you. Not too many specific community events though."
  • Corey D. C. I.
"This is a fairly cheaper part of Prince Georges County. This is a very convenient area as there are two metros , a mall, and plenty of strip malls with small business and stores. Parking is not best but is close to all major highways that make transportation easier for those with vehicles. "
  • Kyle T.
"it’s one of the best places to live in the DC metropolitan area. There is easy access to downtown DC by car with minimal to no traffic, and then there’s Suitland metro station with a park and ride. Here you can pick up the green line and many different bus routes. "
