"I have lived here for 12 years. No trick or treaters have ever came to my door. Commute is fairly easy. I-20, I-175, I-635 is near by. You can commute by car/truck. Walking and riding bicycles is pretty dangerous. There is a Boxing gym near by."

"There are areas in this area are safe and clean however for the most part not the friendliest place to live. There’s a lot of street racing. The neighbors party all night even on weekdays and police never come out. Cars speed through your street. There’s dope houses. "

"nothing, it's shooting almost every night followed by ambulance sound. I'm tired of it!!! We need our children to be safe at home, walking to and from school, and in their yards while they are playing. We don't need stray bullets nor stray dogs to harm our children. "

"The area I live in is quiet. Only noises I hear are the loud trucks driving by but it’s not a bother. People aren’t that friendly but there are a few that stand out and cool. There are a lot of kids but you need to do research before you enroll your kids in schools in this area. "

"I've lived in Pleasant Grove border line with Balch Springs for 19 years. I will say it's not that bad, very questionable areas. Definitely not a polished area, luckily my street is very calm, zero incidents probably because I live around neighbors that been here for years too. Schools offer more curriculur programs than when I attended them yrs ago. Could be better, nothing new around here 🤷 not that bad. "
