    "It’s a great neighborhood to raise up kids. The neighborhoods are clean beautiful and have a great view of the city. Everybody seems really friendly and there’s always police patrolling the neighborhood to keep it safe. This is my favorite neighborhood. I lived in others but this is the one that I love best. I think that pretty much anybody will be satisfied if they move over to this area to live you’re right by 2 Major Highway I 10 and 410 so it’s very easy to get a room plus they’re great schools around here. Very quiet and peaceful.The houses in this neighborhood have so much character and are built solid they all have their own field to them."

    "We have neighborhood committee meetings nice playgrounds and pools all I know I love my neighborhood and I love my neighbors it’s a really good place to live and raise a family we also have great views of the city says the neighborhood is on the hill you can see all of downtown from several of the streets if I ever have to move I’ll just like to move to another house in the same neighborhood highways are very convenient we are right on the corner of 410 and I 10 downtown is only 1015 minutes away nowhere close to two walls crossroads well I think I wore"

    "clean homes and streets plus dogs are kept in yards. The only thing I don't like is the crowded driveways that have so many cars or on the street since new owners use the garage as a storage room, some people neglected their backyard too."
