    "The Colonial Place neighborhood is a really nice area. It's very close to Mary Munford Elementary School, which is an excellent school. That being said, this area is ideal for young couples who are looking to have kids or already have young kids. The divisional public middle school and high schools are not very good, so expect to move unless you're considering sending your kids to a private school when it's time for them to go to middle and high school."
