    "The fan has the most character in all of Richmond. You'll see more diversity than anywhere else. It's very dog friendly (to be sure there are people who don't like or shouldn't own dogs). It's also easy to get to the rest of the city by public transportation or bike."

    "I lived in Carytown for four years and loved it. When I got home from work I could park and walk to do all my errands. Grocery, bank, patient first clinic, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Byrd theatre for movies, and cute clothing stores were all within walking distance of this area. People are friendly and it's a fun atmosphere to live in. When I moved away the house was easy to rent because of the location. I look back on my time in Carytown with great memories."
