    "Historic value, friendly and diverse neighbors, nice parks, up and coming restaurant scene (slowly but surely), and good location in relation to downtown, river, and interstate. While there are several unique and sometimes quirky markets, this area is sometimes referred to as a “food desert” as there is only one grocery store that is subpar compared to what surrounding areas have to offer. "
