"This neighborhood is very quiet and well established. Most people own thier homes and take good care of the lawns and structures. Many people walk at night and also have dogs. Children play in yards and ride bikes on the streets. "

"I work 1 mile from my home. However, being closer to 76 makes it easier for people who live downtown to get to work very quickly. The convenience of Chippenham, Powhite into the city, and being close to Forest Hill avenue makes commuting very efficient. "
