    "A quiet community. Nature everywhere: seals, blue herrons, ducks! Very nice, close to shopping and public transportation. Neighbors are friendly but not nosy and don't complain. Having a boat just out back is super, can enjoy the river instantly. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful."
