    "We’ve lived in this neighborhood for 12 years and raised both of our girls here. The elementary schools are wonderful, teachers are so invested and warm. The neighborhood is great for families, and close to so many amenities and places to visit- the beach, boardwalk, wineries, farms and farm markets, AC, skiing, close to NYC and Philly. We have loved living here."

    "Not much. It’s really gone down hill since I moved here 30yrs ago. Neighbors aren’t friendly anymore, drugs all over the place, there’s always police activity going on. Multiple accidents on a main road because they refuse to do something about the ineffective blinking light. You’re surrounded by retirement homes, which causes more accidents to boot. I can’t wait to get out of this neighborhood "
