    "Lived here for over 40 years and have seen an incredible downturn in the quality of life. Population has boomed with taxes going up dramatically. Higher taxes with no increased services. We still have no garbage pickup, sewers, or even a street light. Schools are getting worse and much more renters, which means no investment in community."

    "I moved into this area in October 2017 after searching for a new home for about a year. I was looking for privacy and a quite neighborhood. You get that here with the 1 acre lots, so the homes are not on top of each other like in most other areas like Brick, Beachwood, Toms River, Lacy, etc. it’s also only about a half hour to our shore home in Manahawkin. Overall, nice area."
