    "It's West Colonial Drive....in the hood. High crime area even though the Police Dept headquarters is on the corner of John Young and West Colonial Drive. Too many pushy and aggressive homeless crackheads everywhere walking in between cars that are stopped at traffic lights expecting that everyone should give them drug money when there's a Goodwill Free Job Service right in front of the bus stop they beg at. Definitely not a safe area to live or raise children. "
