    "What an amazing area to live in. You're minutes away from Kings Highway where there is the following: Many restaurants, Target, Chipotle, NYSC, Planet Fitness, Fox's, TJ Max, and so many stores. The B, Q, and F train are a 10 minute walk. The block is very quiet as you're living in an area that mostly has private houses. I was lucky enough to live here for 10 years. "
