    "People with dogs love it here! There are numerous places to walk. The weather here is perfect. Sunny almost every day (”almost” means Feb, which is rainy - winter here). Even when it rains, it sprinkles (I'm from Michigan so to me it's no big deal). The weather here is amazing!"

    "This neighborhood is a fairly nice neighborhood, although it has a City atmosphere, people don’t really talk to one another , if I were to say good morning to people , only about a 1/3 would say good morning back to me, most people won’t even respond to me, I get more manners at my apartment in Manhattan..
