"I lived in the neighborhood 40 years and it is becoming an overrun and overpopulated area. People need to find other places to live in outside of this area."
  • Arizzardi
"A yearly picnic at our local park. An annual garage sale. We have a weekly gathering to meet for friendly conversations. Love the neighborhood!"
  • Trulia User
"While the Stadium District is not my neighborhood, I do visit and pass through quite often. it's close to a major college and millions of tourists visit in season. "
  • Trulia User

"Everything is within five minutes of our house. The store the hospital, police, fire. It’s really great! There are parks in walking distance and the high school is right across the street! You’re close to the airport and the highway but far enough back that you can have a yard and you know your neighbors."
  • Rebecca S.
"Great place to raise a family... a little expensive and the school district has a weak IU13 program."
  • parnami
"We built our Baron’s Ridge 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier. The neighbors are friendly, the kids respectful and the silence is golden. It all reminds me of a time long forgotten yet sorely missed, the 50’s. It is possible to go home again and I most certainly have done just that. Life is GREAT! 💕💕💕"

"lots of dogs and all varieties...sidewalk neighborhood so easy to safely walk your dog and also to stop and talk with others...see that all the time"

"Central location, sidewalks, and ease of getting to know neighbors; it is the first neighborhood to have mixed housing: single family homes, duplexes, and quads all in same neighborhood along with 2 large churches and one of the finest public elementary schools."
  • Weatheredandworn
"My road, between two major roadways, can be crazy-busy, but if you can get out of the driveway, the commute downtown is only 10-15 minutes. Public transportation exists, but is not really that user friendly. "
  • Weatheredandworn
"Very heavy traffic. Public transportation not very accommodating or easy to reach. Rush hour is crazy"
  • Lee C.
