"Hillside has become such a negative place to live. I used to live in hillside for 27 years and I know what the town used to be like. I’m currently an employee for the town and I know the town a lot better than it’s residents. "
  • A.H.
"I've lived here for over 20 years, and it was great growing up here. It's culturally diverse and there a nice little parks. The schooling system is good. In the recent years, there has been more criminal activity committed by people from neighboring communities. It's sad to see, and with my growing family, I've decided to start looking elsewhere to raise my children. I don't want to stick around for Hillside's decline. Also, there needs to be more recreation for the youth. The teenagers have no place to have fun and socialize, and they loiter with no other place to go. As of right now, it's still a relatively safe place to live. I hope things start to turn around before it gets worst. "
  • Diana

  • Daryl L. Denson
