    "Great place to live, been here 25 plus years. Close to all major freeways, neighbors are great. If you happen to have any kids, their are school and every direction. Many restaurants and malls near by to shop at whatever it is you like or eat. Then the last part, it’s 4 Targets in the area, with one newly built."

    "I’ve lived here my whole life (21 years) and love it. Wonderful neighbors, pretty streets. Although just east of here is not quite as safe, this is an isolated pocket of safety and friendliness. I grew up feeling safe enough to go on walks in the neighborhood late at night with my father. Lovely place to raise a family."

It’s close to everything, basically the middle of or corner from other place, mins from LAX, 10 min to Long Beach, 30 mins to Orange County, 30 min to the valley of Los Angeles or West Hollywood, r major fwys close by, and food and shopping is driving distance away."
