    "I live on this street and while these apartments are beautiful and brand new, they are over priced considering the area. Street parking is always a problem, the neighborhood is not very nice, and cars fly down the streets making it dangerous when pulling in/out of parking lots. Disappointed at how expensive these apartments are. "
