    "Great Mills MD is sandwiched between MD section 8 housing left over from the late 1980s gentrification of the Baltimore projects. Theft and vandalism is rampant. Drivers are outright hostile. Weekly door knockers pose as home security salesmen with clearly uninsured personal vehicles. Mail is contracted out and frequently opened or packages damaged. "

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 16 years. When I first moved here it was peaceful and quiet kids running around everywhere. Now it’s not safe at all I won’t let my kids go outside because their are drug deals going on in our community. It only takes one person to get mad and start shooting, people fly up and down the road without giving a care in the world about others safety!!"
