With traffic all bets are off. There is no shopping or schools within walking or biking distance, driving is a necessity. "

Cons: far from town, so it’s a long bus ride to school, longer than normal ride to after school activities; most classmates will not live within walking or biking distance so cannot visit friends without being chauffeured. "
