We have a few parades (Norwegian Day, Ragamuffin, 5th Avenue Fair). In nearby Dyker/Bensonhursr there are Christmas Houses all lit up and the 18th Avenue Feast. "

Also close to multiple modes of transportations (train, bus, highway). Restaurants and bars are also abundant along 3rd, 4th and 5th ave which is a 10 min walk."
