"I lived on Courville from 1989-2007. The houses are nice houses, but the neighborhood is dying because people don’t care. Young people don’t know the value of owning something and maintaining it. "

"It's gonna be the next up and coming neighborhood in Detroit. partially why I moved here. Despite what is said on the news, it's fairly safe area with lots to do around. I'd encourage any new home buyer(especially on a budget) to have no fear investing in the cool little neighborhood. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood between Morningside, English Village and Mack Ave. is nice, and I hope it revives with the rest of the city. However, I dislike lack of cleaning and neighbors not respecting sleep time."

"My neighborhood has great access to major bus routes, freeways, and bike lanes. It's about a 35 minute commute to Fairlane in Dearborn, during morning rush hour traffic; and similar timing in the evening rush hour traffic coming home."
