    "This area is approximately 3 miles from downtown Detroit, it is one block from public transportation (City Bus service), within walking distance to the Detroit River, with public park access from two public parks, one child friendly, the other, more for planned events. It is the neighborhood of the official residence of the Mayor of the City. Within walking distance to grocery shopping, three public parks, the Villages (Indian and West Village), cleaners, barber, gift/resale, shoe repair, dentist, and other services which makes living in the neighborhood so enjoyable.
