It is easy to get anywhere in western New York and even southern Ontario from here if you have access to every road and thorough fair. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major street."

The location is close to everything Buffalo has to offer. We are just a couple blocks from Elmwood, Delaware Park, The Albright Knox, the History Museum, restaurants, colleges, high schools, and the thruway. "
