    "Most people have their own yards. So they have their own areas to walk their dogs. No one really has to worry about coming across dog poop on the sidewalks or anyone else’s property. There are no loose dogs running around either. Everyone pretty much has their pets under control."

Pay taxes, garbage, water & sewer too! Nice community but wouldn’t recommend esp. for elderly or people on a fixed income!"
