"Dogs have not been an issue. They’re all leashed when walking or fenced in their yards. There isn’t much backyard space in this area so it’s tough to find a house with a fenced in yard"

"Lived here for 3 years. Reputation of the south side is not too good but it’s really not bad. I’ve never had any issues with my neighbors nor anybody from from neighborhood. It’s what you make of it"
