I've had five children attend CPS and they loved nearly every teacher and the other staff. They all brought in homework, but not to the point it interfered with their home life and other activities.

I love this school. My daughter attends Crescent and is very happy there. She loves Mrs Maynor her teacher and the principal and gym teacher are exceptional.

I went here when I was in my elementary years. I loved it! They make you feel very welcome and that you belonged there. The teachers listen to even the tiniest questions or comments! I would totally recommend this school.

Great School and Great Teachers! Best in County

I personally love this school ! Great staff and great opportunities for parent involvement (if you are willing)!! Best school my kids have attented by far!

Beckley elementary provides a subpar education. Teachers send home a great deal of homework that is nothing but busy work. Instructional time in the classroom appears to be minimal. After speaking with the administration about their ranking, they seem to be comfortable with their rating of 5. I was astonished. Our child has been a student at Beckley elementary for four years. We have had to supplement his education at home in order to stay on pace with other kids from the better schools. A positive note about the school--the teachers are nice.

This is a good school. I have been going to GBCS since second grade and so far its been good. Ive made a lot of good friends and I have learned many life lessons. Bullying is not a big issue and very few students curse or tell dirty jokes. Most of the teachers are pretty good. The school is fairly small, but it is typically very clean. There are some problems with the school like; the teachers are extremely strict. They are way too sensitive and protective. If your joking with your friend and call them a name you will be accused of bullying. The price is very high. And you will get a TON of homework. But overall its a good school and its worth it to go here. ly strict and are overly sensitive and protective. They think we are "bullying" when we play around with our friends and call each other names.
