    "Have worked and lived on the East Side since 1997, and in the Water Tower District off and on for 6 years. So much to do and see, so walkable, and lots of retail and entertainment nearby. Awesome access to the lakefront and parks. Bike path close by. Rents are higher but WORTH IT. Location, location, location!"
