    "I live near downtown. It’s about a 10 minute walk. I also live two minutes from my job so I do not have to commute far. My children also catch public transportation to school each morning so I can say the transportation runs great but it doesn’t run on Sundays. I also stay around the corner from the beach, the only thing is there is no close grocery stores so you will have to commute a little further to get to the grocery stores, but I always kept a car so I’m not sure how the buses run out here but the area I stay in I can kinda commute by walking to get the things that I need and for any entertainment."

    "It’s a charming neighborhood with lots of walkers, dog walkers, strollers, joggers and everyone is friendly when you’re out working in your yard."

    "This is a charming, dog-walking, baby strolling, bike riding, curb appealing neighborhood. Everyone seems cordial and it’s evident there is pride in ownership. So glad I landed here."

    "Allendale is friendly neighborhood that is safe and well-kept. I can't imagine living in or raising a family in another neighborhood in town. We are a short walk to Lake Michigan and the downtown area. There are always fun things to do to keep you busy all year round. "

    "I drive to work and have never needed to use the bus which run with regularity throughout Kenosha. Biking and walking are my preferred ways to get around the neighborhood."
