    "we have lived here for 20 years it's not a Young Person's neighborhood most of us are middle-aged or retired not many children but it's a wonderful neighborhood everyone very friendly. never have we had vandals or any issues at all we're close to the freeways and easy access to get into Portland Vancouver is a wonderful City so clean and convenient"
