    "lots of business close by. mall is close. easy access to freeway. lots of other apartments. shell gas station across the street. also a teriyaki restaurant in the same parking lot as shell gas station. lots of things to do in the area. green Meadows golf course is within 3 miles. lots of stores available. and restaurants. !"

    "Good variety of parks. Very dog friendly. Costco, Winco, Walmart all fairly close. Quick access to the 500"

    "Safe neighborhood close to the 500 with quick access to interstates. You do occasionally hear airplanes being this close to the airport, but overall it’s a great area. Costco 10 minutes away, roughly 20 minute commute to OHSU depending on traffic. "

    "there are lots of dog owners and dogs around and there are parks in walking distance. There are some streets without sidewalks so you'd have to walk your dog in the street on some stretches. "

    "It’s a nice neighborhood generally. Inspect the area before moving of course. I enjoy living here, close to the freeway for ease of accessibility but you don’t hear it. "

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year and coming from Fishing’s Landing I have to say I like how convenient minnehaha is to everything. Super close to the mall, hop on 500 to get to down town or east to orchards. It’s also very eclectic with the variety in homes, some small subdivisions on tiny lots mixed in with the older style ranches with .25 acres lots. "
