    "It’s a combination of being in the city and country. I can be downtown in 15 minutes yet there isn’t any rift raft hanging out. It’s a 5 min drive to various bars, restaurants and stores. Hard to complain about that. "

    "Just minutes up the hill via Five Mile Rd, Austin Rd, or Cedar Rd., Five Mile Prairie's premium neighborhood, Five Mile Heights, offers large homes with manicured professional landscapes, quiet, safe cup-du-sacs, and walking access to Sky Prairie Park. Located in Mead School District, this neighborhood has families with kids, singles, and retirees coexisting in peace. Continued improvements on Five Mile Rd. will open up even more access for biking and walkability, but even now multiple routes are available. Even though the heart of Spokane's northside shopping is just a five minute drive down the hill, Five Mile Prairie is an oasis of quiet and safety enjoyed by all who are fortunate enough to call it home."
