Walk to doctor, dentist, grocery, pharmacy, coffee, sushi, whiskey bars, live music, parks, fine dining, latin food, fusion cuisine, pubs, veterinarian, fitness locations, and so much more! Historic theatre - walk to - and wonderful commitment to historical preservation. Quaint shopping and true to spirit of the Pacific Northwest. "

    "The new 99 tunnel cuts my commute in half approximately 25 minutes to Northgate from West Seattle. Before the tunnel opened my commute was nearly 45 minutes."
