    "Good community. Good people. Rail line is right down the street creating transient people concerns and many renters live in the older part of the neighborhood."

    "I live in a community that has Luxury condominiums, high end brownstones and expansive single family homes. It is located along the Occaquan river, a waterfront community with its own marina. There is also a golf course that runs through it that has a restaurant/ event center. There are a few retailers across from the marina, including a convenience store that also does dry cleaning. It’s nice because the community is set away from other neighborhoods in the area. If you didn’t know it was here you would be pleasantly surprised. The Amtrack and VRE have a train station that sits at the entrance to the area. All of that and you are less than 10 minutes from 95 & 123."

    "I have lived in Belmont Bay for 12 years. Can't beat the neighborhood for friendly people. It seems like half the neighborhood meets at the clubhouse on Friday nights for Happy hour and good food. So much to do here Great golfing, boating, biking, jogging and walking. And lets not forget swimming at the pool. Work in DC. ? No problem, the VRE is 5 minutes away"
