Highland Terrace

"I purchased in this neighborhood 4 months ago and am very happy there. It's a diverse place with many new arrivals and many who've lived here for decades. I've met a lot of my neighbors, and find them to be friendly and helpful -- we know each other's names, which is always a good sign. The neighborhood is a little ragged in places but there's a high level of renovation and infill activity and it really feels like an up-and-coming location. There's a bakery and excellent coffee shop nearby, but the nearest supermarket is a drive."
