"From relaxing in your back yard to walking the streets to see beautiful homes and wonderful neighbors, this neighborhood is great. With easy to walk to restaurants, shops, parks, festivals, and even a zoo, you will never be without something to do. Super fast 10 minute drive to NOB, EVMS, and Downtown Norfolk makes getting around easy."

"Crime is everywhere these days. Anyone who seriously thinks that this area in unsafe needs to get out more. Diligence is the key. Security systems should be used and activated. Valuable items should not be left in the car. I live in Riverview and walk a lot around my neighborhood and Colonial Place. I have never felt unsafe. These are great neighborhoods for families and dogs."

It has been two years since we moved out of the area and not a day goes by where we do not talk about this amazing school. My child is thriving in school still largely due to the support and care offered to him here. I could not have asked for a better experience. My child is a self led, independent learner who needed some support with social skills. The amazing staff at this school gave him everything he needed to thrive. We adore McDonald Montessori, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
