"I live here and love it. I've made good friends in the neighborhood, our city councilman is very responsive and it's convenient to just about everywhere in the area, with the interstate less than five minutes away."

"Pinewell is a quaint, charming family and pet-friendly Ocean View neighborhood that has lovely, wide tree-lined streets with mature lots and so much more. Very safe with low-crime rates and easy access to the Chesapeake Bay beaches only steps away. Also in the neighborhood are tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, churches (Catholic, Methodist, Baptist and Episcopal), a Senior Center, and the highly rated Ocean View Golf Course that's open for play year-round."

"Pinewell is the by far the best neighborhood in Norfolk. 2 blocks from the beach, close to the bases, great neighbors and civic league. It's great for everyone but the nightlife crowd. "

"Pinewell is probably the best neighborhood in Norfolk. Close to shopping, food and restaurants and had nearby access to the freeway. There is also quite a bit of community involvement. You also cant beat being two blocks from the beach. "

I absolutely live OVCA! We are going into our 3rd school year, and it's been amazing. We removed our daughter from Portsmouth public due to issues and it was a blessing to find OVCA. The staff is amazing. And my daughter loves the school, students, and staff. I am glad that my daughter is in a safe environment where she can learn and thrive. Not only does she get a great education, but the foundation of God and the importance of caring for others. She has blossom so much.
