    "Country Club living without the dues or golf course. Friendly, active neighborhood with every activity and group you'd want, from swim team with pool to hoops to tennis courts. Lots of open space in well cared for community. Convenient to shopping (Wegmans, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Fair Lakes, Fair Oaks. Convenient to 66, 29, Fairfax Co Pkwy, Government Center, Chantilly."

    "One of the friendliest communities. Great pool, swim team and club house. Great place to walk around, lots of people out walking, jogging and bike riding all the time. People are into tennis too, the community even has a tennis pro who teaches at the courts. "

    "Great area to raise a family! Having sold a number of homes in this community my clients find it an excellent value. The product is quality and the square footage for the dollar is typically good. Close proximity to both 29 and Braddock offer different accessibility options. The neighborhood (HOA) is active and has a number of activities. Community pool and tennis are very close. If you want to speak to my past clients who have purchased here..just let me know."
