    "Palisades Park is a hidden gem - close to metro yet hidden back in the woods - right along the bluffs that overlook the Potomac. Many homes back up to parkland and have winter river views. This is a friendly neighborhood with many social events and opportunities for community involvement. Just a short walk to either Rosslyn or Courthouse Metro stations. Five minutes from National Airport and 30 minutes to Dulles. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Courthouse, Clarendon, and Georgetown. All the benefits of living in the city but nestled in a quiet, park setting just over the river where parking is easy and county services are among the best. "

    "I live in this area and its an absolute joy! walk-able streets close to exciting nightlife in clarendon/courthouse. walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, etc. great running/biking trails. kid and pet friendly. very very safe. love it"
