"Pretty short. Highway is a few minutes away from the neighborhood. Haltom is also next door so going north or south is pretty accessible. "

"It's a great location. Several restaurants, shopping, and a couple of really nice parks! Traffic in the morning can be a bit busy when school is in session, but no more than any other neighborhoods that I've lived in."

"This place is a joke, I moved out had 2 Haltom City police officers help me move out I used to work with em , I had a letter signed by management saying place was left in good shape and then got a bill saying there was 4,200 dollars damage the officers said there was no damage and they have heard of this place lying to get more money out of people, all the bad reviews are true they will over charge u they are so greedy.plus it is major ghetto had to stay up all night to make sure car was not broken into."
